In 1996, I embarked on a journey from sunny California to the lush landscapes of Vancouver. In California, flowers were a ubiquitous sight, adorning street corners and brightening up everyday life. However, upon my arrival in Vancouver, I noticed a distinct absence of these vibrant bursts of color. I set up a humble flower stand on a street corner, determined to fill the void and share the joy that blossoms bring.

Behind the scenes, it's a labor of love that drives our floral magic. Our day starts early, with the alarm ringing at 3:30 in the morning. The Flower Market beckons, and by 5:30, we're there, handpicking the freshest, most exquisite blooms to grace our shop. By 7:00, we're back at our shop, armed with nature's treasures, ready to create art with petals and leaves. The rhythm of our work doesn't pause until 5:30 in the evening because crafting the perfect arrangement is an art form that demands time, attention, and a sprinkle of magic.

One of the most heartwarming aspects of our journey has been the people we've had the privilege to meet. There's one customer story that's etched in my heart. A lady walked into our shop during a difficult time; she had just lost her son. Her budget was tight, and she could only afford one arrangement. In that moment, I felt compelled to do something more, to provide a little extra solace. With a touch of compassion, we created three more beautiful arrangements for her, without any extra charges.

When we delivered those flowers, her eyes lit up, and her smile warmed our hearts. It's moments like these that remind us why we do what we do. It's about creating connections, spreading love, and being there when it truly matters.
