I ordered flowers ahead of time (on a Monday) for Friday, and the recipient didn’t receive them.
I did receive an email confirmation they were delivered. I left a VM after they closed (I was out of the country). I received a call Monday morning that they were misdelivered (new driver). He said they’d send out a new arrangement at no cost (rightfully so) to my recipient that day, but the same flowers I ordered were likely not available but they promised to make it right. They did deliver the new bouquet, but for the $87 spent (including the service fee, taxes and lastly a delivery fee), it should not have had two dead flowers (yellow rose - petals just crumbled off - and a pink flower). I’ve ordered about 5-6 times before with no challenges but this time I was disappointed. I will likely give them another chance, but just bummed to spend as much as I did only receive dead flowers in a bouquet that was not as beautiful as the chosen one (and 3 days later than the initial delivery date). I’m sure it’s just a fluke but hopeful the next ones I order will be accurately delivered and fresh.
