Hello,I believe that some businesses are out of touch with the public that they hope will patronize them. Before I called Awesome Flowers, (the flowers that were delivered are beautiful) I did call a competitor. However, I about fell over when I learned that the delivery charge was $40.00. Now, I understand overhead cost, but really? When I called the shop to ask if the fee was correct, they tried to justified the delivery cost by saying, "well, it takes xx minutes to drive to your address."
